Build your profile and post a rate
Photo, bio, and what you charge for one film breakdown review, anywhere inside the $10 to $50 band. Coaches see the profile and the rate before they ever contact you.
A coach sends you a player
Programs carry a trainer balance for the season. A coach spends it to request a review on one specific athlete, and you get the request by email and in the Hub.
You watch the film and write it up
The request puts that athlete on your roster as review-only, so the film you were paid to watch opens for you. You deliver written feedback the coach and the player both see.
The money moves on its own
Your share is fixed at the moment of the request, so a later rate change never re-prices work already agreed. Payouts run to your own bank account through Stripe on a daily sweep.

A paid review costs the coach twice over: their trainer balance pays your fee, and one of their film breakdowns pays for the AI pass. That is deliberate. Two real costs, kept apart, so neither side is guessing what the other is spending.
Clinics
Thirty athletes on a Saturday, one film pass.
A clinic is the one place in FalconEye where an athlete exists without a program behind them. Type the roster into a single box, number and name in either order, and run the whole session as one group breakdown instead of thirty individual ones. Individual passes are still there for an athlete paying for depth.
An athlete the model cannot identify is reported as unidentified and listed at the end. It never guesses a name. A clinic where two kids forgot their pinnies is the normal case, and a wrong name on a report a parent reads is worse than an honest gap.

Anything in brackets becomes the description the model finds that athlete by. The list is parsed as you type for a live preview, then parsed again, deduped and capped on the server, which is the pass that counts.
Film breakdowns
Whoever directed the work pays for it.
Running film through the AI costs real money, so it is worth being exact about whose meter it lands on. There is no checkbox and nothing to configure. One rule decides it, and it turns on the work rather than on you.
The program pays
A coach requested a review from you, on that athlete, and it is still open. Their season allowance covers the pass, because their staff asked for the work.
You pay
Everything else. Your own clients, your own clinics, including athletes who happen to play for a program that uses FalconEye. Nobody asked for that work, so it is yours.
You start with a one-time allowance on FalconEye: 12 breakdowns on Session-only, 25 on Full / Pro. It is granted to your account the first time you need it, so changing plan later never takes back an allowance you were partway through. After that you buy more in packs from your Earnings tab whenever you want them.

You sign the same agreement a school signs
One Software Subscription Agreement for every FalconEye customer. Only the order form differs, and yours carries the trainer terms: the fee, your posted-rate band, how payouts and refunds work, and contractor status.
You are an independent contractor
Not an employee. You furnish a W-9, nothing is withheld, and you owe your own taxes on what you earn. FalconEye does not guarantee any volume of work or any level of earnings.
Identity verification comes before any payout
Payouts run through Stripe, which verifies you and holds the bank details. FalconEye never sees your account number. You can be approved to work before that finishes, and payouts unlock when it does.
Your clinic rosters stay yours
A clinic roster is a list of minors you collected, not a program's data. It is stored under your account and readable only by you.
No star ratings, no public leaderboard
Trainers are not ranked or rated against each other anywhere in the product. Coaches choose from your profile and your posted rate.
Undelivered work does not sit forever
A coach is charged the moment they request. If a review goes undelivered you are nudged once at three days, and at fourteen it cancels itself and the coach is refunded automatically.
The trainer terms have not yet been reviewed by an attorney. You will get the full agreement to read before you sign anything, and we would rather you raise a question about it than not.
Trainer FAQ
Questions we get asked.
- Do I need to be affiliated with a team?
- No. That is the point of the trainer program. You can run entirely on your own athletes and your own clinics, and a clinic athlete does not need to belong to any FalconEye program at all.
- Who pays for the AI film breakdowns I run?
- Whoever directed the work. A review a coach requested draws on that program's allowance. Everything else, your own clients and your own clinics, draws on your breakdowns, including for athletes who happen to play for a program that uses FalconEye.
- What happens when my starter breakdowns run out?
- The starter allowance is one-time, 12 on Session-only and 25 on Full / Pro. After that you buy more in packs from your Earnings tab, at any point, without waiting on anyone at FalconEye.
- Do I owe the subscription in a month with no review work?
- Yes. The plan fee buys the Training Hub, your profile, clinics, and the breakdown engine, and it is owed whether or not a coach requests anything that month. Bill monthly or annually, your choice.
- Can I set my own price?
- Inside a band, yes: post any per-breakdown rate from $10 to $50. You can change it whenever you like, and a change only applies to requests made after it.
- Does FalconEye work for draw control as well as faceoff?
- Yes. The vocabulary follows the sport in-app, so a draw program reads Circle Play and My Draws where a faceoff program reads Wing Play and My Faceoffs. The engine is built for both.
