Subprocessor List

FalconEye engages the following subprocessors to help operate the Service. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Google LLC (Firebase/Google Cloud Platform) Servers located in the United States	Cloud hosting & data (Firestore/Realtime Database), authentication, file/video storage, serverless backend functions
Google LLC (Gemini API) Servers located in the United States	AI-powered film/video analysis and scouting data extraction
Anthropic, PBC (Claude API) Servers located in the United States	AI-powered analysis features
Authorize.net Corp. Servers located in the United States	Payment processing & subscription billing
Google LLC (Gmail SMTP)	Transactional email & notifications
Plus Five Five, Inc (Resend) Servers located in the United States	Email & notifications
M&T Bank Corporation Servers located in the United States	Processing of ACH payments and destination of payment

FalconEye will provide notice of the addition or replacement of a subprocessor and will give Customer a reasonable opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds before the new subprocessor begins processing Customer data.
