Subprocessor List

FalconEye engages the following subprocessors to help operate the Service. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and DPA.

| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing for FalconEye merchandise shop orders, and payouts to independent trainers for paid film-review work (Stripe Connect). Not used for subscription billing. For trainer payouts, receives the trainer’s identity and payout-account details directly from the trainer; does not process student-athlete data. |
| Printful, Inc. | Print-on-demand production and shipping of FalconEye merchandise shop orders. Receives the purchaser’s name, shipping address, email address, and order contents. Does not process Customer Data. |
| Deepgram, Inc. | Speech-to-text transcription of the short voice clips (about 2 to 15 seconds) that a coach records with the Live Tracker’s Voice button, together with the program’s move names, which are sent as recognition hints. Clips are sent from FalconEye’s servers, never directly from a device. FalconEye’s requests opt out of Deepgram’s model training. Receives no other Customer Data. |
| PostHog, Inc. | Product analytics for the FalconEye web application and website: page views and a small number of named product events, together with an identifier assigned to the user’s account (not the user’s name or email address) and the visitor’s IP address and browser and device type. Processed on PostHog’s United States cloud. Session recording and automatic capture of clicks and keystrokes are turned off. Receives no film, player names, or other Customer Data submitted to the Service. |
FalconEye will provide notice of the addition or replacement of a subprocessor and will give Customer a reasonable opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds before the new subprocessor begins processing Customer data.
